Ready, Set, Meditate!

Brain waves are patterns of electrical activity occurring in the brain. They are crucial to all aspects of brain functioning: thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. The classic names of these EEG (electroencephalogram) bands are alpha, beta, gamma, delta, and theta. I was able to combine my love of brain science and my mindfulness certification to create a fun way to meditate for my clients.
