Awareness of breath practice, also known as mindful breathing, is the practice of focusing attention on the natural flow of the breath. The practice starts with focusing on the breath, then observing when the mind wanders in a non-judgemental way, then bringing the focus back to the breath. This process is repeated. This practice helps to develop concentration and focus. At the same time practicing the observation of thoughts and feelings, without judgement or attachment.
