My Clients

The Clients I Work With

The clients I serve in my therapy practice are primarily empaths - deeply caring, intelligent individuals who work in demanding fields where their natural inclination to help others often leaves them feeling drained and taken advantage of. These are the people who light up when solving complex problems, creating meaningful work, or supporting their teams, but struggle to extend that same compassion to themselves.

Who You’ll Find in My Practice

My clients include engineers, managers, healthcare professionals, technology consultants, creatives in film and television, video game developers, coders, college students, and tabletop gaming enthusiasts like those who play DND. What connects them isn't just their intelligence or technical skills - it's their shared experience of being the "helper" in their environments.

These individuals often work in high-pressure, fast-paced industries where their empathy becomes both their superpower and their vulnerability. They're the ones staying late to help a colleague, saying yes when they're already overwhelmed, or absorbing the stress of everyone around them without realizing it's happening.

What They’re Really Struggling With

Beyond the surface-level stress, anxiety and depression, these clients are dealing with:

  • Boundary fatigue - They've become so good at reading others' needs that they've lost touch with their own

  • The helper's burden - Feeling responsible for everyone's emotional well-being while neglecting their own nervous system

  • Imposter syndrome in high-achievement environments - Despite their intelligence and skills, they doubt their worth and capabilities

  • People-pleasing patterns that leave them resentful and exhausted

  • Difficulty advocating for themselves in workplace dynamics or personal relationships

My Approach With Them

I meet these clients where they are - often intellectually curious about the "why" behind their patterns and eager for practical tools they can actually use. We blend traditional talk therapy with somatic and body-based techniques because these brilliant minds often live disconnected from their bodies and nervous systems.

My personality naturally puts people at ease - I'm easy-going with a love for laughter and creating comfortable spaceswhere clients can be authentic without judgment. Having lived internationally and navigated my own journey as an LGBTQ+ person, I understand what it means to find your place in the world while staying true to yourself.

The work we do together focuses on practical nervous system regulation, boundary setting, and helping empaths reclaim their energy so they can continue being the caring, intelligent people they are - just with better self-protection and self-compassion.
