Theta Wave Walking Meditation

The Delta Wave Mindful Movement Meditation in a combination of delta waves with a mindful movement meditation practice.

Theata Waves help to improve our intuition, creativity, and makes your feel more natural.

The walking meditation practice is a simple and easy way to combine mindfulness with movement. The act of walking is something done automatically and an ability often taken for granted. In this practice, we’re not trying to get anywhere. We walk back and forth for about 10-15 steps each way. As we walk, we bring awareness to the present moment over and over. Noticing sensations in the body while walking, the detailed motion of each step as we lift, move and place the foot, shifting weight as we go.
