Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a mental state that focuses on awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s own thoughts and body sensations. Mindfulness has mental, physical, and emotional benefits and studies have shown it helps reduce stressors. Mindfulness improves cognitive functioning, lowers blood pressure, helps digest food, reduces cell damage in the body, decreases symptoms of anxiety and depression.

I'm a somatic therapist trained in AEDP, and I work with empathic professionals who are stressed, anxious, or burned out and need more than just talk to feel better. We use grounding, breathwork, and body-based exercises alongside traditional talk therapy, because real change happens when the body and mind are both part of the work. My goal is simple: help you reconnect with your body, shift the patterns that aren't working anymore, and feel like yourself again.
