Sleep Hygiene

Science has linked poor slumber with a number of health problems, from weight gain to a weakened immune system. Getting less than 7 hours of sleep on a regular basis can eventually lead to health consequences that affect your entire body. If you want to try to improve your sleep hygiene here are 4 tips to follow: 1)Try to go outside and expose yourself to natural light every day. 2) A healthy diet will help you to sleep well. 3)Having a hot bath or warm shower 1-2 hours before bedtime can be useful, as it will raise your body temperature, causing you to feel sleepy as your body temperature drops again. 4) Try not to use your bed for anything other than sleeping and intimacy, so that your body comes to associate bed with sleep.
